So I promised starting measurements and here they are!
Weight: 157 lbs
Body Fat: 27%
Waist: 30.375"
Hips: 39.5"
Thighs: 23.75"
Chest: 40"
Upper Arm: 11.375"
Took a couple pictures too but I'll put those at the end.
I started day 1 of my Turbo Challenge yesterday and it went well. I find myself cueing and talking along to the DVD so I think this Challenge will help me be more confident in my prep to get my instructor certification too!
The workout itself felt good. Glad I got up and got moving. Only burned 197 calories but as I get into the workouts more, I know I'll PUMP IT UP! and burn more calories. Gotta say though - for 20 minutes, 197 calories ain't bad! :-) That's nearly 10 calories / minute for those of you doing the math.
I also hit my calorie / carb / fat / protein ranges yesterday so I'm confident I'll see results and soon!!!
