To me, helping to END THE TREND of obesity in America is about more than just having a second income or setting up my own business as a back up plan - it's about being an example of incorporating healthy habits in a real and approachable way so that those I love feel that they can achieve the same thing. Poor health costs each of us so much - financially and physically (obviously) but it can also cost us our confidence, motivation, and joy. I'm not a salesperson and like so many people, the "network marketing" idea sounded kind of sketchy. I don't want to push the business or products so I didn't think I could be successful. What I have loved about this is that I don't sell - I SHARE! We all talk about everything we do all the time...on facebook...on twitter...on this blog...so when I talk about working out or eating healthy, people see it. I don't even have to think about sharing those things.
