Les Mills Pump is coming!


Beachbody is doing it again - bringing a workout program that I cannot wait to try! For those of you keeping track, I'll be doing P90X2 starting January 2nd which will take me to April 1st. I think Pump workout will be next up on deck! Since it's only 3 days each week, Kristy Ford and I will be combining it with Rockin' Body (on sale now for less than $20!!) in a hybrid program that we'll release to our customers and team! This would be a great program for those of you looking to get some tone, looking to add a strength element to a cardio program you already love, or just want to try something new! What is The REP EFFECT?

It is when you fatigue the muscles using light-moderate weights at a higher rate of repetition.  You make changes in the temp, position and speed of movements.

You will perform between 70-100 reps per body part for a total of 800 reps during the workout!

It has been clinically proven that you can burn up to 1,000 calories in a workout PLUS, you can burn fat for 24-48 hours AFTER you workout.  This is from an Independent study done at Chapman University in California.
