TurboFire Plan

Figured its about time I posted my TurboFire plan for the 30 days. I took one unscheduled rest day yesterday and tomorrow I'm doing Turbo Kick instructor certification instead of TurboFire but I'm going to stay on track as best I can! For those of you who have TurboFire - I'm following the class schedule but start my week on Tuesday, not Monday.

Tuesday, July 6st: Fire 30 + Stretch 10
7/7: HIIT 15 + Stretch 10
7/8: Scheduled rest day
7/9: Supposed to be Fire 30 + Stretch 10 - made it a much needed rest day!
7/10: Fire 55 EZ
7/11: TURBO KICK INSTRUCTOR TRAINING!!!!
7/12: Core 20 + Stretch 40

7/13: Fire 45 + Stretch 10
7/14: HIIT 20 + Stretch 10
7/15: Scheduled rest day
7/16: Family Camping trip: 45 minute run
7/17: Family Camping trip: 20 minute run and bike ride
7/18: Family Camping trip: 45 minute run
7/19: Fire 45 + Stretch 10

7/20: Fire 45 EZ + Stretch 10
7/21: HIIT 25 + Stretch 10
7/22: Scheduled rest day
7/23: HIIT 15 + Tone 30
7/24: Fire 45 EZ + Stretch 10
7/25: Core 20 + Stretch 40
7/26: Fire 55 EZ

7/27: Fire 45 + Stretch 10
7/28: HIIT 20 + Stretch 10
7/29: Scheduled rest day
7/30: HIIT 20 + Sculpt 30
7/31: Steve's Run 10K!!!!
8/1: Core 20 + Stretch 40 (perfect timing...just what I'll want to do after a 10K race!! :-) Thanks Chalene!)
8/2: Fire 45 EZ

That'll wrap up the HIIT-1 cycle of the TurboFire part of the challenge. Look for updated pics and measurements then! It won't stop here though! This is only 4 of 20 weeks of the program! Who's with me?!?! :-)
