I knew him before he was famous!

Once upon a marching field not so long ago I met a red headed horn player with a hysterical sense of humor. After hours on the field and in Bible study we parted aways and had facebook to stay in touch. Imagine my surprise when I saw him post that NINE of his photographs were going to be featured in the Michiana Hematology Oncology Center located very near my parents' home. Excitedly, I told him I would be sure to stop by and see his photographs on display. I was back in the area in the building right next door and got the opportunity to spend a little time to visit the MHO center and look for his work. I didn't have to look far! One of his photos was the first thing to be seen when I walked in the door!

I wasn't able to see all of his photographs but it was amazing to find the 6 that I did and hear the reactions of those who work in the building. His work was displayed all over the building, in patient areas, behind reception desks...it was awesome. To get to say "Yeah I know the photographer" was fun too!
