Sorry - was going to post this yesterday but got super busy! Still have a major project for the boss man but I'll give you a quick update.
Day 1 - I've never looked forward to a big salad so much I don't think but it was totally worth it. Did my shakeology for a couple meals, had some fruit and nursed my green tea all day. In the end I lost about 3 lbs!
Day 2 - I put my salad as my lunch meal thinking that would help....it didn't. I ended up having another little snack in the evening but I kept it clean and apparently it worked. Weigh-in this morning showed another 2 lbs down!
That brings me down to 150 lbs!!!! WOW! I can't tell you the last time I saw that number on the scale. Now granted I do recognize that this was a cleanse and my number might go up a bit from there. That said, I still have one more day to go (and I'm uber motivated now!!) and this is a week that I should be weighing in a little high so overall its lookin' pretty good!
I'll be honest - I haven't worked out like I'd hoped. Monday morning was easier but yesterday and today I feel a bit off. I was a little light headed yesterday and I still feel that way today. I'll get back on track with the workouts tomorrow!
