Get over the hump!

You know when you start a new workout program and for the first week or so your body is still adjusting and getting used to the increase of physical activity, the different moves, the new routine? I feel like my body fights that. My moves get slower, I'm tired, I'm mentally just not. there. The good news is I know that if I stick with it and get over the hump I'll be strong in each workout.

Over the past two days I've burned 1,000 calories in workouts! Woah! Still on track with the challenge and still feelin' good. I love my breakfasts and the time I take for those... especially since I make such yummy ones :-)

Gotta get to work but I'll talk to you more later!
