Ok I always meant this blog to be full disclosure so I hate to have to post this but its the truth: I didn't workout last night. I'll spare you the details but I came home feeling sick to my stomach, tried a couple things to make it better, laid down to let things settle a little and next thing I knew it was time to get up, post this update and go to work. Tonight is a shorter workout so I'm going to combine yesterday and today for a good extra intense workout. The Turbo Challenge is still on and I'll be 100% back on track tonight!
